Breakfast included a wide variety. The gym featured treadmills and stationary bikes. Room service was consistently excellent and prompt. The hotel decorated the room to celebrate my anniversary. The valet parking service was smooth.

The staff were professional and available to help with any requests I had .

I encountered a few issues that detracted from the experience. The light system malfunctioned at 3 AM and kept turning on and off, which disrupted my sleep. the pillows were not comfortable at all. They felt old and provided little support.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of everything. i really appreciated the valet parking. It made arrival and departure so easy. the breakfast buffet had a huge selection of delicious options, especially the fresh pastries and omelets (i had two!).

The gym equipment felt a little outdated. Some of the treadmills could use an upgrade.

The breakfast on the 34th floor offered a fantastic view along with a great variety of foods. The timing was great since breakfast continues until 12 noon, giving plenty of time to eat. the coffee was great too.

I used the gym and the rooftop pool (amazing!), both were very well kept and added a touch of luxury to my stay. I really enjoyed swimming there. there were plenty of towels available too.

The hotel had such professional, friendly, helpful, and polite staff! a important detail in hospitality! the rooms were very clean, with all the amenities you may need. the bed was king-size and very comfortable! free wifi worked perfectly. I had no issues at all.

The hallways felt super dark! also, the carpeting seemed quite old. It wasn't the best.

the gym facilities were great they included modern equipment. i appreciated the helpful personal trainer there. miss najwa at reception gave me a nice room. this room offered a good view i thought.

the room had old sofa with stains this was not ideal. the breakfast buffet cheese selection was limited. there was no brie for example. the meat assortment was also sparse.

i booked a premier room and received an unexpected upgrade to a luxury suite! it was huge and lavish. the staff was amazing, helpful and friendly. the waiter at the steak restaurant encouraged us to enjoy breakfast with the wonderful view instead of room service, so worth it. the food quality was definitely high!!!

the suite was good but had a few shortcomings. the power outlets didn't work and there wasn't a minibar.
